My elder brother, a true fitness freak with an incredible physique, inspired me. Watching him, I always wondered—“Can I ever build a body like that?”
The first few weeks were brutal. My body ached like never before. Every workout felt like a war between my mind and my muscles. There were times when I thought about quitting, when I questioned if this journey was even for me. But something inside me refused to give up. I chose the pain. I chose the struggle. I chose transformation.
I wasn’t alone in this fight. My brother guided me, helping me understand workouts and diet plans. My workout partner pushed me, challenging me beyond my limits. My gym owner mentored me, sharing knowledge and motivation when I needed it most.
